| "For Ernst & Young Southeast Europe (EYSE) the main benefit from participating in the BGF game was team building and improvement of internal networking across EYSE country teams. We had Corporate Finance people from five different countries in the team, professionals who did not know each other in advance, and we can say that they co-operated efficiently using all information technology means of communication available. Among other benefits were things such as improving financial modeling and managerial skills and seeing how different areas of a business relate to each other. "The main benefit from the BGF business game training is the learning that occurs during the training. It was pedagogically very effective for us to work with a model close to the reality. The exercise enables you to get a good overall view of the company under your command as well as the market.
