Welcome to your company’s In House Tournament!
By organizing an In House Tournament in your company, you will multiply the learning impact and stimulate fast results in both revenue and profit.
BGF will build a global market for your company, which allows your managers and key people to test and simulate different strategies in a risk free environment. You will be divided into teams of 3-5 persons and each participant will get a unique opportunity to act in a top management role. The BGF In House Tournament will be arranged as a closed session only for your company, which takes your managers to an exciting ride in the global business world at the top. The internal competition and networking will lead to knowledge sharing among your teams and benchmarking from other great talents within your organization. In addition to this, the winners of your company’s tournament will proceed to the BGF Semifinals, where the world leading companies are competing for entering the BGF Finals. As a reward, the three best teams in the world will be invited to the BGF Awards, a luxurious prize giving ceremony in Cannes, on the French Riviera.
